OmniPhraser operates on a strict principle of Data Sovereignty. All inputs provided for paraphrasing, summarization, or research indexing remain your intellectual property. We do not use your academic work to train global models without explicit institutional consent.

All data in transit is protected using SHA-256 TLS 1.3 encryption. Data at rest is compartmentalized within isolated tenant environments, ensuring that even within our infrastructure, your research remains invisible to other entities.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We collect only the minimum necessary telemetry to maintain system integrity and performance.

Account Information: Name, professional email, and institution are collected solely for authentication and subscription management.
Content Processing: Text inputs are processed in-memory. Transient state is maintained only for the duration of the writing session unless explicitly saved to your Research Archive.
Technical Metadata: IP address and browser signatures are logged for security purposes (DDoS protection and Fraud Detection) and are auto-purged every 30 days.

Our Research Index interfaces with global academic providers (including Google Scholar, Crossref, and SJR). When you perform a search, query strings are anonymized. We do not pass your identity to these external indices.
